It's Wednesday....WCW

Hello Loves and Happy Wednesday,

Hope your having a great day so far.  So its Woman Crush Wednesday and we all have a woman crush be it someone who inspires you, motivates you or you just love their look.  Today i want to inspire you to be your own WCW because if it wasn't for you you wouldn't be here doing what your doing today even if it is going to a 9-5 or a part time or entrepreneur, or just being a mother.  All this takes time and effort that your are putting in to make it happen so you can live your best life.  At times we look for others for motivation when yet we just can look within and see all the battles we come across and been thru and all the big and little accomplishments we've done in our life.  No matter how big or small your accomplishments are just make sure you celebrate You and know you did that and you can do it again.  So Salute to you for making it happen each and every day because every day you wake up is a blessing!   Now on to this outfit.  Today i am wearing a see thru dress not sure what to call the material (sorry) but I love these types of dresses because its up to you to put whatever you want underneath and create a look..I opted to put on some skinny jeans and a bustier for this outfit.  Very simple but yet stylish and you know I love to show my shoulders so i pulled the dress off one of my shoulders to give it a slight edgy look.  I have also worn this dress as a cover for a swimsuit so just know it has multiple uses and this won't be the last you see of it.   Hope you enjoy this post until next time. xoxo

Same Turtleneck different way...

Hello Closet Shoppers,

So here is the same black turtleneck but I layered it differently.  I added a denim shirt plus my army fatigue jacket.  Remember you can layer and layer on layers!  I could have easily thrown a poncho over my jacket too or even a leather but it wasn't that cold on this day.   Hope you enjoy this post.

Black Denim on Denim...

Hello Closet Shoppers,

Hope you all had a great weekend, even though they go by so fast!  This post is all about denim. Lately I have been on this denim x denim thing since I  found these perfect distressed denim shirts on Topshop.  You saw the blue denim one in my last post in which I paired it with my red pleated skirt and since that blue one fit so nice I just had to get the black one as well.  For the last couple months I have been looking for that perfect denim shirt and I thought I found one at ASOS but it didn't quite fit me the way I wanted it too so my search was on yet again.  But I found this one in two colors and I couldn't be more happy especially because they are distressed which makes it even better and has an oversized fit.  I don't know about you all but lately loose fitting is ok with me, because sometimes tightness can be so uncomfortable and I just want to be comfy when I step out the house.  Also it being slightly oversized helps to make the shirt more versatile and I can wear it in different ways so just wait on it because these shirts will be in heavy rotation this season shoot ALL seasons. In this post I just paid it with my black distressed jeans, leather jacket and lace up booties, for either a date night or hanging with your girls.  Very casual but cute, and also if you tuck it in or tie it up it defiantly gives it another look as well, its the piece that keeps on giving! :)  Well hope you enjoy this post, until next time.

Hello Fall....and Hello All

Hello Closet Shoppers,

I know I know its been awhile but I am back snitches! :) I am trying to be more consistent to give your more outfit ideas and tips.     Hope all is well with everyone!.  So lets just dive right into this post shall we?!  My style has slightly changed you know I still love color but I am really into black and white now and simplicity, less is more.  Sometime as women we tend to over think our fits and put more on or accessorize the fit more when it's the simplicity of it that makes it great.  So think on that next time you get dressed clean and simple wins this race!  OK so lets get into this pleated skirt!   I love a pleated skirt and I love midi skirts so when I saw this skirt  that was both and on sale at Topshop I just had to have it.  First it has an elastic waist band, what girl doesn't want that?! That just makes the fit even better well for me.  Sometimes zippers and buttons when it comes to bottoms can get on my nerves, but when I can just slide something on it is just so much more comfortable.  Any who I paired this skirt with two different tops one with a denim shirt (which you will see a lot more of this season) to give it a more casual look and one with a mock white sleeveless top and a leather jacket to kind of give it a dressed up look.  To me these tops are great transition tops from summer to fall because they can be worn with jackets or without depending on the weather and you know this fall weather on the east can be unpredictable.  this won't be the last you see of this skirt in a post you know me the repeat offender! : Hope you enjoy this post have a good day.

All White

Hello Closet Shopper,

Hope you all had a wonderful three day weekend.  Which brings us to this outfit post.  As you can see I love all white but it's something about a white button that every girl needs in their closet.  And you can have several because they all fit different.  I was eyeing this shirt for about a month and then one day I looked online and it was on sale from $85 to $49.99 so I had to get it quick before it sold out, and I'm so glad I did because it's so many ways I plan on wearing it.   Since it a basic shirt you can ust accesorize like i did and keep it pretty simply. And guess what yawl?.. this shirt has pockets! Yes pockets so you know I was here for this!!

So I know in my lastest post I've had on flats or sneakers and I'm that girl who just loves shoes flats, heels, sneaks I just love shoes and I don't need a heel to make me feel cute or sexy.  Just having my look complete makes me complete.  So don't always think that you have to have heels on for that outfit to be cute in my opinion but hey who am am I just a girl who loves fashion. :) hope you like this post!

Mixing it All together

Hello Closet Shoppers,
I know it has been a awhile, but i promise not to stay away that long again.  Hope you all are having a great Monday.  Fall is official and literally here ughh I am not ready for the cold months to come but what can you do but get ready for it. :)..I wanted to share an outfit of what I wore over the weekend when I stepped out to go to a party with some girlfirends of mine..  As you know I love mixing prints so I decided to wear my comfy leapard leggings with my polka dot shirt and a blazer to bring the entire outfit together.  If you didn't know a blazer can always bring a mixed print outfit together especially if ties to one of the colors you have on. Hope you like it!  What is your go to clothing to bring your mixed prints outfits together?

Leopard in NYC

Hello Closet Shoppers,
Hope you all had a great weekend, I know I did!  I had a great time living it up in NYC this weekend with my cousin.  I needed a quick get away and this was the perfect trip for it.  NYC is a fun city especially in the summer.  If you've never been you definitely need to make a trip there at least once so you can experience the city that never sleeps.    got there on Friday and did some running around with my cousins and then we met up with a few friends to have dinner. You know I have no shame to be a repeat offender so i do have on my Queens Reign Supreme shirt from HerThreads and a blazer makes any outfit better, hope you like.

Favorite Pants!

Hello Closet Shoppers,
Hope your Tuesday is going good.  Here's another outfit I wore last week with my favorite disco pants from American  Apparel.  These pants fit amazing I have them in several different colors and if I could wear them everyday I would, lol.  I'm the type of person if i find that a pant or shirt fits good i may get it in other colors too.  The color I have on below is Magenta I decided to mix it with prints in which you all know I love to do.
Do you have a favorite pant you love to wear or have gotten in other colors as well?
Hope you enjoy.
