BOLD.....Caution

Hello Loves and Happy Hump Day,

Hope your week is going well.  Today's post is about being bold.  Are you bold enough to throw on a yellow suit that everyone stops and stares at you?   Well I did and I loved it!  As you all know I love color and when i saw this suit in Zara I had to have it.  First off I don't have any suits so that definitely encouraged me to buy this and second the color of this suit is just amazing how could I pass it up oh and third I got the jacket on sale so that was even better reason for me to buy.  The thing I love is that I can wear these separate as well as together.  Also with suits you can dress them up or down.. you all know i love to get my wear out of my wardrobe.  For this post i dressed this suit down i have seen others dress it up so i wants to give my spin on it and put i on with sneakers and a tee shirt.  Even though i have sneakers on you can still see i'm bout my business.  So if you haven't tried or didn't anything bold yet maybe its time to step out that box and try.  Hope you like this post, until next time.
xoxo

Change is good..

Happy Tuesday Loves

Hope your having a great day so far.  So as you see I cut my hair in a bob, I did it back in early June and I love it so much.  A lot of folks are like "I can't believe you cut it, like what made you do it"?  I was like sometimes you just need a change and it is hair it will grow back.   In life we all need change wether it be a new job, moving to a new state, or getting a hair cut it helps to renew and refresh our lives so we can grow.  So if you have been wanting a change and your scared to do it, don't be!! Just live your life, don't ask questions, don't ask for opinions just do you an live... trust me you will feel great afterwards since its something new, you know like when we get new clothes we feel what? GREAT.  So just know it is ok to change it is like a start of a new beginning its kind of refreshing if you think about it.   Now onto outfit deets, this is just denim on denim.   Some high waisted jeans which to me are gems, if you have a little gut of a stomach like me it helps to hide it since they are high waisted then it leave room for you to show some skin in which I did by tying up my shirt to just break up the denim a bit.  Hope you enjoy this post and until next time.  xoxo

Saturdays OOTD

Hello Closet Shoppers,

I just wanted to share my outfit I wore on Saturday to a bday party.  I got this lace dress from Zara the other day for 11.99 mind you I have been looking for a piece like this since last year but I gave up on looking because I couldn't find the right one.  So one day I go in Zara and this was there on the sale rack calling my name, it was love at first site. Have you ever stopped looking for a certain piece you wanted and then it shows up when your not looking for it?  I have so many plans for this I'll wear it as a dress, a jacket, bathing suit cover and who knows what else.   Sometimes certain dresses can be worn differently especially if it buttons from top to bottom it makes it very versatile.   On Saturday I decided to wear it as a cardigan/jacket if that make sense? With a bodysuit.  Hope you enjoy.

Sunday

Hello Closet Shoppers,

Happy Tuesday!  And before I forgot i would like to say Happy belated Mothers Day to all the mothers out there!!  I totally forgot to say that in yesterday's post my bad!!  OK so now on to outfit details.  Sunday I went to day party to go watch the wizards game.  Ahh yes I watch basketball and I'm a home team girl so Go Wizards!! Even though they aren't playing their best, smh!   In this post I have on harem pants and of course a crop top.  Crop tops go with everything def should be a staple piece in every woman's closet.  It is do much you can do with them. I love harem pants they are the most comfortablest (is that a word? if not it is now lol) pants ever.  And they can be dressed up or down.  You all know I love mixing prints but in this post I decided to match a little and yes matching is necessary sometimes but not all the time for me!  Are you a matchy matchy type dresser or you like mix things up a bit at times? Hope you enjoy.

Tulle x Cutoffs

Hello Closet Shoppers,

How are you on this Monday?  Hope you had a good weekend i know i did.  I wanted to share an outfit I wore over the weekend.  I went to a hotel party with a few of my friends and wanted to keep it cute but funky.  So I decided to cut out the slip from my tulle skirt and wear cut offs underneath.  When I'm ready to change something up I'm not afraid to grab my scissors.  Since I bought the skirt for 12 bucks I wasn't really tripping off cutting them.  And if need be I can always go get a slip an wear under it or a pencil skirt in other color or even leggings, it's so many options you can wear under this tulle to create different looks, so trust this won't be the last time you see it.  Do you cut things up in your closet to make it have a different look from what you bought it as?  If not maybe you should try it, just go on YouTube if you need help with how to cut something.
