Happy Sunday to you! Last night I went to dinner with some friend to celebrate one of their birthdays. I opted to wear my harem pants with a lace top. If I can only find a good pair of black harems then I would wear harem pants daily lol. Do you like harem pants? Do you know wear I can get a good black pair? Hope you like it.

Hope your enjoying your weekend so far. Thank god the rain stopped here in md it rained for two days straight non stop and we are supposed to get more rain tonight. Any who here is an outfit I wore last night to go party with some friends for their homecoming. It's just a plain dress which i have in black as well, i am one who sees a great buy and essential piece i buy two in two different colors..do you do the same? So as I always do and say I accessorize this fit especially with my boots they were a gift to myself for my 30th Bday. I love these babies! The detail on these boots are amazing it makes me feel like a work of are on my feet! It was love at first sight with these and I'm still in love. Hope you like.

Hello Closet Shoppers,

Yesterday I went to grab a bite to eat with my mom. We went to Nando's Peri Peri, I love that place. Very nice atmosphere and cheap eats and really good food. Just wanted to show you a quick post of what I wore. I'm such a girly girl but I can never give up my sneakers. I love sneakers as much as I love a great pair of heels. Guess that's just the tomboy in me plus sneakers are so comfy and so many ways you can hook them up. Are you a slight sneaker head like me? Here's a few snaps of my fit.

Hello Closet Shoppers,

Hope you had a great weekend. This weekend I had the great opportunity of supporting my friend in her First book signing "Words From A Wanderer" by A. Elle, if you don't have a copy of this book please get it. It's a compilation of her love poems and #notes2self which are amazing she is such a great writer and I'm so proud of how far she has come and is going.
So i opted to wear black & white to the event not knowing it was going to be so hot out but I didn't feel like changing my outfit once I had it on. It was 88 degrees on Saturday had to be a record breaker for October weather in the DMV. Black and white is another easy go to outfit idea whether it is a skirt or and top or some pants and a tee you can make it go a long way with accessories, this is why i think everyone is so drawn to this trend now. Hope you like the fit. Are you feeling the black and white trend going on this year? Keep in mind you can do a lot with a white tee which is what i have on in this post.

Blazers and Cutoffs the simplicity of it.

Hello Closet Shoppers,
The other night it was my Moms Birthday and we went to a lounge near me called "Society Restaurant & Lounge" in which i have blogged about before. If you are ever in Md please go check it out. I really didn't feel like putting on much or putting to much effort into my outfit so what is easiest to put on other than leggings, some cut offs and a blazer. Lets just talk about this blazer for a minute lawd, lawd, lawd it has everything i love black and white, polka dots and color only thing missing is stripes. My friend gave me this blazer since it didn't fit her and she couldn't get it altered so she passed it onto me and boy was i happy to be the recipient of it! lol. The cut offs i got the other day from Urban outfitters when they were having a 30% off sale for only $6.99 yeah i was happy shopper that day!. To me cut offs and a blazer is a easy but simple and cute outfit to pull off even if your blazer is just one solid color you just throw on some accessories and bam you are red to go! Are you a Blazer and cut offs kind of gal? What is your simple go to outfit?

Philip Lim for Target remixed "Work wear series"

Happy hump day. Hope your having a good week so far with this crazy gov't shutdown. Hopefully this will all be over soon. In other news I wanted to show you how I mixed prints with the Philip Lim for Target collection. Other than these two pieces I got the Boom sweatshirt and the leopard print sweatshirt. I really like this collection a lot because it takes you from day to night. The material on everything I bought feels great. So here is how I wore the floral print top and leopard print skirt very good for work and then going to grab dinner or a drink after work. Did you buy anything from the collection?
