Simplicity

Hello Closet Shopper,
Hope your having a great week.  Here is a black jumper that I wore to a surprise birthday dinner.  This jumper I got on sale last summer from bcbgeneration for $20 so I had to get especially since I didn't have a long black jumpsuit.  So it sat in the closet since then never worn and I kind of forgot about it, so when I was shopping my closet for an outfit for this dinner I was like "oh hello" once I saw it  (yeah I say that to my items of clothing once I haven't seen or I forgot about them) lol.  I thought it would be perfect with my white button up, black ankle booties, and pops of red on the lips and my bag! Simple but yet so stylish.  Sometimes being simple with your fit is the best, so don't try and overthink your outfit because maybe what you have on is just enough!

This outfit can go for date night or even dress it down for a more casual look with sneakers and a denim jacket.  Trust this won't be the last you see of this jumpsuit.  Hope you enjoy this post!

Denim on denim on denim

Hello Closet Shoppers,

I know it has been awhile but I am back.  Just to give you a quick run down on what I have been up too is if you follow me on IG you all know that I took the big jump in life and quit my 9-5 and moved to California to live my dream of becoming a stylist. This week will mark my third week here I am adjusting very well.  I visit Cali every year and I have always wanted to move so I planned this move a year ago and everything so far has executed great.  Now it is time to hustle, hustle, hustle!!  I have sacrificed a lot to move here and to live this dream but I am happy with the decision I made.  I worked in the federal government for 16 years and although it was great to me finically and has made me in to the great worker i am today, that 9-5 hustle wasn't for me.  I was very unhappy at my job and I just didn't want to be unhappy anymore!  So I made that change in life to be happy!  When i lost my father it put a lot into perspective and life is just too short to be unhappy so I chose to be happy form here on out!  If there is something you want to do in life just plan and execute and know that a sacrifice may come with it but the end result is all that matters. SO to you dreamers keep on dreaming and making it a reality.  Now enough about that lets move on to this outfit post.   Here is a quick and easy look to pull off denim!  Everyone loves denim so I figured let me put these three denim pieces for an all denim look and it worked.  No matter the color of denim I feel like denim on denim is always a good idea for certain occasion.  So if you have different color denim don't think you can't pair them together to make it a cute fit.  This outfit can also be dressed down with sneakers or even some oxfords to give a casual comfy look with a blazer or bomber, either way it will always be cute and you will get the use out of the clothes and shoes in that closet.  Hope you like this post and talk to you all soon.
