Essence Fest 2014 Day 1

Hello Closet Shoppers, 

This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend Essence Festival this year marks their 20th year of having it and it was pretty amazing.  I really enjoyed myself and the southern hospitality there it was great.  Now that heat though is definetly on another level there man it was HOT!!  These next few post will be the outfits I wore during the day and at night. Hope you enjoy.  And if you ever attend Essence fest please make sure to pack to fits a day, you need one for the day and then one for the night because trust you def will be taking two showers each day your there. 

Day:

Shirt-Nordstrom/Shorts- (cheap store can't remember the name)/Shoes-Urban Outfitters (old)

Met up with my friend/blogger Denisio we went to thrift stores to look what we could find.  Isn't her fit cute!! 

Night:

Pants-Urban Outfitters/Top-HerThreads/Bag-H&M/Shoes-Nine west

High waisted pants are awesome for any lady that wants to wear a crop top but doesn't really have the stomach to show, the high waist pants let's you cover that stomach so you can wear that crop top and be cute while doing so!
